Dignity to the Reservations

Ron Morris was invited to present his philosophy to the administrators of the Diabeties Program in Standing Rock, South Dakota. He shared his experience and knowledge, not knowing what to expect. Now, Ron has created a new program specifically for them, hosting weekend seminars, educating the chosen in real physical fitness, nutrition, diet, and well-being. The outcome has been amazing, with the support of free giving from some of our students and close colleagues, Ron and his SFL Team are able to donate their time, equipment, books, and shirts. He has created a "train the trainer" program Dignity to the Reservations to educate and give them the tools they need to create a healthier environment for their people.

Build Strength for Living in your fire department, take responsibility for yourself. "The Strength for Living Train the Trainer" program was designed with Ron Morris' over 25 years experience and Angel's experience working as a firefighter; both of them with a passion to help others.

This program is the total package for self-help and independence. The Strength for Living for Firefighters comes with all the equipment you will ever need to become the strongest fire department mentally and physically. It' designed to "Train the Trainer"; we will educate those who want to train in house. The trainers will learn to advance firefighters' flexibility, balance, stability, and coordination- all extremely vital to one's job for prevention of injuries, which is mandatory for the future of the fire department and the individual firefighter. Bring back and promote team building and camaraderie, creating ways to relieve stress and learn to simplify nutrition for total self-health. SWAT Teams from all corners of Minnesota experienced the immediate effects of Hanzo Team Building at the 12th Annual SOTA (Special Operations Training Association) Conference in 2007. Ron was invited to demonstrate his philosophy and coordinate a training program for those who put their lives on the line for others.
